Read Problem with Everything's Fine

Please help. I have tried all known methods, including disabling Path Finder, using customize to read specific file used to play on Powe DVD.

I can't split, read and copy to hard disk. My DVD is Region 3.

I did this flick awhile back, R1, whatever version was current then, PP enabled. Had no problem.
Nothing special with R1.

If nothing works, including exchanging the disc, send Fengtao the .IFO files.

I did it on customized with your advices. Thanks very much. I switched PP to 'enable' with 'irror all errors'. However, when I tried the 'split' function, it can read and when I started the start process, it just shut down. Anyway, many thanks again and have goode day.
