having problems copying

i 'm having problem copying sherlock homes and my best friends girl, it says to insert dual layer dvd to record, i have downloaded fab 7 and thought that this is the latest version, can anyone help me , many thanks.

Check the quality box at the bottom of the first screen and make sure it says "DVD-5".

i looked on the first page and it says something about 5 and new registration key, what do i do , many thanks for help.

Are you using the FREE version or a registered PAID version?

If using the FREE version, it will not compress to DVD5.

That is correct unless you want to pay some $$$.

Also, the FREE version does not have immediate updates for new releases with new copy protection until about 90-120 days after they are released.
