    Burning Issue

    I can no longer burn to a single layer dvd. It requires a duel layer dvd. I purchased duel layer DVD+R DL. I still get an error and it can not read the disc. Help please

    Please set size of your outcome content to DVD5.

      Will that let me go back to the single layer dvd? Thank you for your help. I will try this tonight.
