Error 122

Hello, every time I try to burn a dubble layer DVD half way I get an error 122. Does anyone know what this could be?

First guess is that the layer break is not being positioned/located correctly.

Please see the Help Us Help You sticky (link in my sig).
Be certain to include a couple of burn logs as these are of particular importance.
