ever since i downloaded 7.0.6.2 cant copy says insert dual layer media no problems before with single layer any ideas?

Have you checked your quality setting in the lower left corner of the screen?

For single layer it should be set at DVD5.

Sometimes we get lucky.

Go to your general settings and make sure that DVD5 is the default or you will have to re-set it with every disc.

Chances are the default is DVD9 .
