    No audio

Why I tried to copy a DVD, I was not given the option of the audio folder, only the video folder. I thought it was normal, so I made the copy and the picture was fine, but no sound. What can I do to correct that?
    Thank you!!

The audio folder is a legacy thing and usually contains nothing and is maintained for backwards compatibility.

We need more details of how you are trying to play the DVD.

If on your PC, it could be a codec issue.

Thanks for the response. The disc played in my DVD player fine but in the computer I had no audio so you are right, it must be a codec. Any suggestions?

Yeah, download and install FFDShow. That should allow you to map Dolby Digital 5.1 to 2 speakers.
