DVDFab ends while trying to open DVD

I am having trouble making a backup of Entourage Season 5 (all discs). DVDFAB 7.0.6.2 simply ends and has to be restarted while trying to open any of the 3 discs. I uninstalled v7 and re-installed v6 and made my backups with no problem. Any ideas????

I have not had any luck with the latest version either. I tried the last beta version and it still won't work. Unfortunately, I deleted my previous versions that did work.

I should have read in hear before buying a new licence

Ripping "Up in the Air" is causing the same thing here with 7.0.6.2.
