Issues making back up copy of Battle star galactica 'the plan'

Just wondering if anyone else has had any issues copying this new release?
So far i have had burning issues when trying to burn to a dual layer ( think it said error 116?). had this three times in row and first time i have had any problems with these disks. I have also just tried to simply copy it to the hard drive for back up and got an error 'error=400'.
Just thought i would ask before i spend anymore time trying to sort it as it's a new release and maybe there is something in there doing it?

Post a burn log for us to look at.

We need to know among other things...
The media used.
Burn speed used.
Mode used.
Have you cleaned the disc.
Are there any scratches on the disc.

You might save time by downloading VSO Inspecter and running an error scan on the source disc.

We really need the details and processes you are using because both error codes are not related. 116 is a Write Failure while 400 is a Transcoder Error.

This was released in Oct 09 in Region 1 and I believe I ripped this with either a late 5.xxx version of Fab or an early 6.xxx version so I think you can eliminate "something in there".
