I don't understand this error message

I keep getting error 122 and it say's It might gave something to do with my drive in the bloggs. Is there any setting that will help me avoid this.

In the Error Codes Post in the Knowledgebase

"122 HWS_FAILED_CALIBRATING 22 // Write failed at the beginning of the media (often a media that is poorly supported by the drive)"

To avoid this, purchase high quality media such as Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. If already using good media, something is not right with your drive.
