7 upgrade not valid win32 app?

I just downloaded the update 7070.exe to install over my DVDFab 6 installation. When I execute the program, I immediately get an error saying the program is not a valide Win32 application. I am attempting to install it on Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. The link to download the update references Win 7 32/64 bit. Can you help me determine why I am getting this error?

It could be a bad download.

Download it again and save it to your desktop and install from there.

I tried 3 times, each with the same result.

tried a different computer and the same link downloaded a different file name. This one worked. Hmmmm.
