What program do you guys use to watch DVD's?
I use WMP, WMC, PowerDVD9 and 8. I have no problems playing back the Video TS IFO file located in the Video TS folder of the rip on HDD

You will get one file, which is a disc image that contains all the VOB, IFO and BUP files that are in the VIDEO_TS folder. DVDFab produces output that is DVD-Video compliant, which means it has to look like a DVD disc. Some software players will play the DVD from the VIDEO_TS folder (usually by clicking on the VIDEO_TS.IFO file), some will not. If yours won't, you can use the ISO method that was previously described. If you want a single VOB file (no subtitles or menus), try VOB Passthrough in DVD to Mobile.

    Too slow again.

An .ISO is just a container.
It contains the same .IFO, .VOB and .BUP files as a VIDEO_TS Folder.

What are you trying to do?
If you want to play back the movie, don't open the individual files.
Just right click on the entire movie folder (or VIDEO_TS Folder) and click play...depending on the player you can do the same with an .ISO file
You can navigate to the folder with the player as well.

Try it with VLC and please explain what it is you're trying to do

So before I copy to HDD I select as iso and I'll only get 1 DVD file?

    Xfx ati 5850

So anyhow. I copied from DVD to harddrive. When I open folder on harddrive containig movie, it has like4 movie videos in there but they're all the movie.. What's up with that? Isn't it taking 4 times the space? Also shouldn't it be 1 simple file?
that is how the DVD is authored so to play them back you can select the first IFO file and it will play just like the DVD is in the DVD drive. Now if you want just one file then you can save as iso instead as that is one file and just use DVDFab virtual drive to play it back with the softplayer of your choice. You can even use the DVD to mobile to get one file as well and it would be a smaller file size but with some loss of video quality

Oh, as long as we're both online...
As you know, there are tons of good burners out there, but no one brand is always "good"
Having said that, I've owned more liteys than any other maker.
I love 'em and have had about 12 of 'em (includes wife and kids),
and not one has ever crapped out...some are "retired" though...lol

I bought 2 of these last year:

Great burners and one of the best DL burners out there.
Flash it with Liggy and Dee's modified firmware and you're all set.

    $19.99 and $1.99 to ship...not too shabby

Since it wasn't mentioned in your build, I just figured it was the stock Intel cooler, which is woefully inadequate.
I see now that your cpu does not come with a coooler at all.
    Sorry about that, my bad.

I don't believe I posted my CPU cooler but you said you didn't like it? This is the one I plan on

    Corsair H50

Until I get more familiar with the whole building and bios stuff that should be enough for a small overclock. I eventually want like a 3 x 120 radiator liquid setup for CPU/GPU.
