R4 "Carriers" Burn Problem

Several discs recently, including this disc of "Carriers", all are region 4 releases are failing about 30 minutes into playing. This Carriers disc also failed about same position- Chapter 8, 31min 43 s. I am having same issue on other discs. I am using Verbatim discs for the backup medium.
Any help greatly appreciated.

The log included does not contain any info that helps with your problem.
Can you post a burn log?
