This is an old move and at the time of its release there were problems getting a decent copy. A lot of bad pressing of this move floating around.
I had two of them.
Download nero cd/dvd speed and run a scan for error on your original.

Try disabling path player and see if it will open the disc
Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Pathplayer> click disable path player restart Fab but, make sure to turn it back on to Always enabled

You must have a bad pressing, my copy opened fine with pathplayer enabled.
My copy is a region 1 disc, barcode 012569807716
