Hello,
I'm operating the trial version of DVDFab7 Version 7.0.7.0., and I am unable to burn copies of a copyright-protected television series that I own on DVD.
I attempted twice to burn a clone of the first disc, and at about 70% into the burn on a dual-layered DVD-R, I received this error message:
"Task_2 failed! Error=116"
I switched operations and tried to burn a Full Disk, and I received this error message at some point into the burn:
"Task_2 failed! Error=122"
I am working on a Sony Vaio VGN-CR420E, with Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU Processor operating at 2.10 GHz. I have 3.00 GB of RAM Memory, and it is a 32-bit operating system. I am using the factory-installed Optiarc DVD RW AD-7560A ATA Device for burning.
The only DVD-related software I have installed in addiction to DVDFab are the factory programs, plus Roxio and Intervideo WinDVD.
Any advice/suggestions would be helpful, as I have already ruined 3 dual-layer DVD's, and these suckers are not cheap. Thanks in advance...separating my logs into another post.
Carrie
