dvd to dvd 'open dvd source' problems

Hi,

HAve recently purchased the dvd to dvd lifetime membership and was working fine. Now when I go to burn a dvd the 'open dvd source' screen scans fine then seems to freeze after a few seconds and I have to keep shutting down whole programme to clear as 'program not responding' message appears? Very annoying !!!!

Try right clicking the DVDFab desktop icon and select run as administrator to see if that will work for you
