    Problem reading

I have the same problem with the error while reading. It doesn't happen to all the dvd but to quite a few. I also have a problem with the program freezing right in the beginning on the open dvd source. This doesn't happen with all the dvds but with a bunch. I copied and pasted the log session for today in here, like your help us help you said.

Check the DVDs for fingerprints/scratches. Clean the DVD and try again

I have cleaned the dvd and tryed again and again, but it still keeps freezing while it is opening the dvd source. Then if I do get past that part, which is seldom I get the error while reading message half way throught the process. I am really about irritated with this program. I worked really good for the first 2 months I had it.

Can you post any complete burn logs which you have had a successful burn The default location is:
          C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log.

Please just copy and paste the burn log(s) and post right here.

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

Yep, it worked good until you've got a BAD disc. And now, program suck, and everybody on this forum are jerks, etc. etc. You sounds like my 14-years old son. Of course it's DVDFab bad, there is no way your DVD is bad, right???
Now, go clean you disc with cleaning gadget you can buy in any store, and if it doesn't help - return your DVD for exchange. Oh, by the way, don't forget to clean your drive as well - it needs to be cleaned once in a while. Believe me, time spent on basic maintenance will give you more satisfaction than arguing with mods and other members who want to help you.

Also have you even made sure pathplayer is set to always enabled as you will get read errors if it is not set to always enabled when nothing wrong with DVD

You are not interfering my friend with my post as I know it also comes with a Hug and a Kiss on the cheek
My main reason for asking is that he has had so many read errors that his drive may be in PIO mode

You are correct, and there are few more reasons. In fact, his drive most likely in PIO mode from amount of errors he have got, and he will fix it and will keep sticking that bad disc into his probably dirty drive, and it will switch back to PIO, and so on... you know...
We both know most probable cause, and go from there by the book...
