Are you sure that you haven't downloaded the non-CSS version of Fab? Download the latest version from links in this forum.

If you are using the FREE version, it may take between 90-120 days for new encryptions to be present.

If you are using the FREE one, you will most probably just have to be patient and wait then!!!

BTW: What was the title? A new release?

That may be however not all newly released DVDs contain new copy protection which could be the cause of your issue, please read this->

I had done other protected DVD's already, first time that DVDFab couldn't do it. So what's the solution? I have to buy a version?

We would suggest you buy a version anyhow. As you seem to be using this software a lot, do you not think it fair that you actually give something to the developers?

Have you actually read the link above as it explains the situation of FREE VS PAID quite well.

                But...

It depends on the exact message that you are getting...

The protected DVDs that you had success with most likely those particular protection was already supported by the free version as stated by Fengtao in the link I posted there is a waiting period, you can either buy a registion key or wait until the free version to support the copy protection you are having the problem with...the choice is yours.

                  Have a nice weekend,

cmoazz I would do what fengtao mentioned as the free version should be able to do the movie you mentioned as it was released some time ago
