Hi, I am new to the forums but have been a DVD Fab user for quite some time now.

I have come across a problem when trying to copy the above DVD. It starts the process of "Opening the DVD" however, after 20 seconds or so, read activity stops on the DVD drive and the software freezes. I have tried this on 2 different computers and have updated to the latest version of the software. Has anyone else come across this problem?

I copied it quite some time ago with no problems, cannot remember which version of DVD Fab at the time.

Have you tried it with pathplayer disabled? This often works.

It also could be a faulty/dirty disk. Have a read of Maineman's troubleshooting guide.
