Program freezes

I just purchased DVD to DVD and upon placing a DVd (Gumpy and Friends) in my E drive and it starts "reading the source" it suddenly freezes and upon checking my Task Master it says "Program not Responding". I am trying to copy the whole disc. this program was recommended to me, as it is a One Step program where I was useing 3 programs prior to copy my DVD's. What am I doing wrong?

Is the source disc scratched?
Is it dirty?
Have you cleaned it?

Download VSO Inspector and run a scan for errors on the disc.
