"Failed to burn" message when trying to burn

Hi!
Can anybody help me? I have tried to burn three different movies and when 80 percent is completed it stops burning and the "Failed to burn" window pops out. I disabled my AV and still having problems. Am I doing something wrong or is it my dvd burner? Here are my logs. Hope info helps.

Would you have any other blank media that are not the brand you are using now? I think it the blank media as you are using a Brand that has the worst MID available.
