    Update to latest release and try again. If same problem post the recent logs for the recent try

        if you just bought then your license is good for how long you paid for. Updates and Upgrades are free for the license time

          I set pathplayer to off still nothing the blue window opens then freezes no error msg

            no one has responded for a day does that mean there is no solution? used 8002 same problems freezes after short reading blue screen no error msgs

              imgburn says disk is copy protected can't copy type css cppm so if imgburn can't and dvdfab can't this disk has the best copy protect system

                Make sure you downloaded the correct version as they have 2 versions one that does not remove copy protection and one that does. Here link to the one that removes the protection http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm

                  thanks agj I had d/l 8002 as there was no note as to what each ver does now have 8005

                  after installing 8005 can you remove 7093?

                    You can remove or leave v7 on your machine - your preference. I would suggest to leave it, they are installing in separate directories and wouldn't interfere with each other.
                    In regards to your problem, please set all codecs to "Software" in A/V Codec settings in Common Settings and try again.

                      did get error msg saying not all info on disk can be read use main movie or customize to copy
