    Insert dual layered media

I had DVD Fab on my old computer, I bought a New Laptop and still had the original Email that I had gotten when I purchased DVD copy. I set it up all was good because I put them on a external. I then went to copy a DVD and when I go to copy it tells me to insert dual layered media???? I made sure it was on DVD 5 not 9 I upped the space to 4700mb. I'm using dvd-R's is it possible that It needs dvd+R's? its a HP G-series. I wouldn't think -r or +r would make a difference... Any one have any ideas? I used DVD fab 7 and tried downloading 8 and that did not work. My Version shows my name and everything for the Registration key.... I'm using Windows 7, any help would be nice thank you

Set the DVD-5 size to 4472 or less. Blank discs are not sized in binary so a 4.7GB disc only holds 4.38GB the way a computer counts.
