Unable to get DVDFab 6 keys to work.

I am unable to to get the latest verison of DVDFab to take my DVDFab 6 keys. When I install the program and double click on the key icon it will restart like is suppose and then go back to the regisration screen. DVD Ripper show to be registerd and says never expires. DVD Copy say Trail user and Never to be Used. I bought DVD Platinum severl years ago and have been able to upgrade. I changed computer with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit verison and have not be able to get the keys to work completely. I tried the running the program as administrator and that will not work. Please help
