I'm able to use dvd copy once. When i restart it comes up as dvd ripper and will not let me use dvd copy. I get a window that says full disc feature is available in dvd copy check it out at dvdfab.com. any help please

Are you using a registered version?
A trial version?

If trial version.. has it expired?
If registered.. Does it show as being registered to you?

Click on the blue ? then click on about... what does it say.?
