Cannot Burn Chloe...Disk not even recognized

I'm trying to burn the DVD movie Chloe (using DVDFAb 8.0.5) yet the disk is not recognized by DVDFab. The movie works on both my DVD players and can be watched on my HP computer but when I start DVDFab to burn I get an error that says: Reading/Writing Errol Control. can someone help me determine what the issue is with this usually perfect software??
