I use Nero to burn discs fine 4.7GB.when it comes to dual layer, does not work.I Matshita UJ-831Da v1.01, there is no firmware update. Try to blow and clean the lenses. Does not work either. Attempt to remove service IMAPI CD-Burning ROM, it helps. Tried to burn more slowly, does not work. I am stuck for ideas, help?
