i put in disc 1 of Walker,Texas Ranger and it only decrypted to 10% then quit. I already sent off the info files. Has anyone encountered this?

Well, they're usually enabled by default unless you disabled them. Just go back one page to the main DVD Copy page and read the sticky called "Help Us Help You". It will provide all the info on how to post your logs.SPECS
