Context menu is opening 2nd instance instead of using existing idling instance

You can change the behavior in "Allow running multiple instances of DVDFab" in Settings window.

Yes, but when first instance is only idling it should still use the idling one instead of creating another instance.

Also it is a bit buggy the option with another instance.

1. Ensure the option is on, close DVDFab and restart it.
2. Disable the option -> OK -> Right click on ISO -> Open with DVDFab -> Another instance gets opened while it should use old one.
