You have a few problems to over come

Please try to get yourself a can of compressed air or a lens cleaner and give your drive a thorough cleaning.

This has to be some of the worst media you can buy consider picking up some Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim disc's, Taiyo Yuden only come in single layer disc's, Verbatim come in single and dual layer disc's.

3) If you have all of these disc's left the only way you may have a chance of salvaging them is to install ImgBurn it is (free) you will find it here along with a tutorial on how to set it up

Always burn at 1/2 the rated speed of your media if not using quality media
