Error while reading "Imagine That"

I tried to process "Imagine That" today and received the error message "Error while reading". The file would begin to load but only got to 47.80% in part 1 each time I tried to do it. I also upgraded my version to v8.0.2.2 before my third attempt.

I have Vista OS. CPU is a AMD Athlon(tm)64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+. 4 GB Memory, system type is 32-bit, and optical drives.

Error while reading means you should clean the fingerprints off the DVD and check it for scratches. If after you have done that and still get that error then it needs to be returned and exchanged for another. I'm guessing it has either fingerprints on it or a scratch

Hi sherbrad,

Please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Read", select "ignore all the reading errors automatically".

You also can click on "Pathplayer", try to deactivate it, then copy this DVD again to see the result. Please don't forget to reset it to "Always Enable PathPlayer" later.
