    Crashing

The software crashes when I try using it. When in customize, I tick the 4 episodes that I want to copy and then click next. I tell it to go to main menu and to remove the warnings. When I click start it goes to the copy screen and then crashes. I have tried with all version current available and they all do the same thing.

It has always worked before but now I am having issues.

Gvie the latest beta a try and if same problem when the crash report comes up fill it out and send it to DVDFab

I tell it to go to main menu and to remove the warnings
    .

Also try with out selecting those options in quote as that could be reason for this DVD to be crashing but not sure since we not know what DVD this is

Also the log files could be posted to this thread and they located in document-dvdfab-log

Ok so that the problem because I think when you use customize you lose the menu and as well the warnings if they not intigrated with the episodes you choose

This has never happened before. Only since going to the newer versions. This is occuring with season 7 of NCIS disc 2 and 3. Disc 1 worked.

I never use Customize so not familiar on how it works but do know that certain DVDs if you change playback using Full Disc you have playback problems or DVDFab crashes

Same problem seen here, with same 8.0.2.2 version and the same NCIS Season 7 discs 2 & 3 (and 4, and 5, and 6). Disc 1 works fine.

Every time I have had the immediate crash while attempting to process an NCIS Season 7 disc I have attempted to fill in all the crash information and send it, but I always get an error about the address being unregistered (so I fear none of my several dozen crash report attempts have gone out to you).
