Problem making a back-up copy of a travel video

I've been trying to make a "travel" copy of a travel video we got as a gift. I've had no success. I tried it with pathplayer both on and off. nothing. We'd rather take copy and keep the original at home.

You are getting a read error so the original DVD might be dirty with fingerprints or may have a scratch, try cleaning it. Also it could be a badly made DVD which means cleaning not work. If you have more than one DVD Drive try using the other drive to read the DVD as some DVD drives are more finicky about dirt,scratches than others

Hi,

Please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Pathplayer", active/deactive it to copy your movies again to see the result.

Error 102 means DVD_Error_Read File failed.

Please try to install DVDFab 8.0.2.4 Beta at

http://www.dvdfab.com/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB_BETA

to copy again. Please don't forget AGJ said cleaning your DVDs firstly.
