I keep getting the message "DVDcopy is expired, will use HD Decryptor". It then copies the whole thing but will not burn. Why is it expired? And how do I get it to burn?

Open the software and click on the blue ? mark..then click on the word About.
What does it say.
Can you do a screen capture?

Do you still have your key to register the software?
If not.

Click on the word Members sign in using the same E-mail address you used to purchase the software and request a new key.

OK, Thank you! Apparently I had to re-enter my Registration Key after the last update & I didn't know it. It is working fine now.
