    Tinker Bell Problems

    I cannot make Tinkerbell work either.

    It just hangs on the "reading" screen and never moves past it. I tried for an hour today and the blue bar just keeps scrolling along.

    If it helps the computer can play the disc just fine.

    Help.

    EDIT: HERE ARE THE LOGS

    @Sporting16w

    You are using an old out dated version of DVDFab! Update to the latest one released and try again. If same problem then post logs from it. download for latest beta below

      Since your problem is not the same as the month old thread you posted to it has been moved to a thread of its own.

        Sorry about the lateness of my response, I just had time to sit down in front of a computer and screw with this wacky disc. I am using a different computer now but am running 8.0.2.4. Same results. Here are the logs:

          Hi Sporting16w

          You need to enable path player, to do this....Open Fab Click the Green top right > Protection > Path Player click Always Enable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again.

            Disable Pathplayer is the only way I can even get the disc to open.

            If it is enabled the popup box just stays up for hours.

              Thats strange I see there is a newer version posted, it doesn't say to much about fixes but it may work, you will get it here: make sure to do this,
              Instead of clicking run click save then open the folder and right click and install the program as administrator.
              Give this a try and post back

                Worked with 8.0.2.9 beta.
                Takes a little over a minute to scan disk and open.
