I put disk to be copied in tray dvd opens source says reading after long gtime source box says insert dvd or image file then nothing happens no blue window with bar, no error msgs.

tried disabling path nothing

We need additional info to help you.
Does the disc play in your pc?
Are you able to open the files in windoz explorer?
What title?...additional details of disc?
The css attach log files are strange...I don't see how you could have a non-css version of Fab 8028

I downloaded ver 8028 from your sight is there one official download site? I use the links given.

never tried to open or play not sure I have a prog to play on pc have had trouble

If it is a used DVD bought from netflix try giving it a good cleaning, if you know the proper way.

I have a motorized cleaner used windex always clean also tried 8024 ver

You're all set with the download as long as you downloaded from here on the forum or from DVDFab.com

Right, I know it's a purchased disc from Netflix.

Are you able to open the files in windoz explorer?
You don't need any special software, just open in windoz explorer...

how can you tell if decyper is running or working, talking of stand alone, i could not tell.

ok good news I upgraded to latest beta everything wolrked not on disk I first wrote but another this answered my other questions
