Windows Security Wont Let Me Open

I have recently purchased a 2 year subscription to DVDFAB DVDCOPY. I am trying to open the program and a Windows Security alert pops up and says "Your internet security settings have prevented one or more files from being opened". I then click show details and it says "C:\Program Files\DVDFab8\Options\DVDFabDVD2DVD.exe" and "C:\Windows\system32\regsvr32.exe"..... It then opens up DVDFab and my License Code is in the box but it still says I am a trial licensee and I am expired. I try to register the product again and it says it will automatically restart the program but it never does. I have to open it myself again and I get the same alerts all over. I am the computer administrator. I dont know how to fix this problem. I do not want to have spent $50 for nothing! PLEASE HELP!

Did you install the installer as administrator???
Instead of clicking run click save then open the folder and right click and install the program as administrator, you may also try to right click Fab on the desktop and run as administrator but not sure if it will if it has not been fully installed.

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

I did this as well. I am still getting the Windows Security Alert when I open the DVDFab. My License Code is in the box but it still showing up Trial. Is there any way I can bypass the Windows Security and or shut it off?

Yes you can, you can go into your settings and disable it install Fab and then turn it back on to see if it still alerts you.

I am not sure as I do not have Windows 7 maybe someone will chime in who has it and would know what settings to change.

That depends on what gives you the message. If it your anti-virus or windows but not good to disable it. I use W7 Ultimate 64 but do not have this issue and security is default settings.

Uninstall DVDFab from your computer and run CCLeaner after the uninstall to clean the registry of left over DVDFab8. Then re download and save latest DVDFab beta from this forum. Then on the downloaded file right click it and run the installer as administrator

                  Yo k2boarder4e

                  Please try the following...

Right click on the "Computer" icon on the desktop and select "Properties" next click on "Advanced system settings" located to the left and under "Performance" click on settings next select the "Data Execution Prevention" tab...

Make sure you have a tick next to "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select", if you have to make this change do it and hit apply to save the changes and restart your computer.
