What version of DVDFab are you using?
Have you tried Movie Only?
Have you cleaned the disc?

Post more details and your logs.
The Mexican release of New Moon does not have any special protection on it.

Download nero discspeed [free] and run an error scan on the source disc.

Hi davidosorio,

Please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Read", select "ignore all the reading errors automatically".

Please as well click on "Pathplayer", try to activate/deactivate it, then copy this DVD again to see the result.

Please install DVDFab Passkey at to remove all the protection on this DVD firstly, then open the unprotected disc with DVDFab DVD Copy to see if you still get the same read error message or not.

I opened discSpeed, select "scandisc" and it said:

"trying to lock the drive", result: "Sorry, drive locking failed. And another application may be using the drive" att2

then i selected the "Extra" menu, "Advanced DAE Quality Test", "Error Test", "Run Test" and it showed me att1
