program closes after loading dvd's

Hi I just downloaded the latest version of dvd fab. After I open the program it successfully loads the dvd in the drive but a couple of seconds later the program closes and I receive the following error message

DVDFab 8 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I also sent an error report that I received after dvdfab crashed
