    Christmas Carol (2009) Not Working

    friends,

    i am not able to get this movie to copy. i'm using the latest version.

    have tried pathplayer both on and off.

    have windows 7 on this machine. here's the logs:

      Hi Dorrell,

      1) Please understand that "Task_1 failed! Error=102" error message that means DVD_Error_ReadFile (failed to read original disc's File ).

      2) Please check if this original disc is bad (dirty/scratched), go clean it firstly before you copy, and if it doesn't help - return your DVD for exchange. And don't forget to clean your drive as well.

        *update*

        i got this movie to work!

        i used another drive and did "full disk" feature. one of those 2 things allowed the movie to rip.

        long live dvdfab!!!! thanks to all for your help.
