It indicates that the passkey is being processed but then never stops (as per attched pic) - thanks so much for the input, pls stick with me, we'll get there - sorry this doesnt seem to work

Hi Fastbowler55,

It says 'open dvd source TOY_STORY_3" but that's it. The slider stops moving, it clearly doesn't recognise the disk and I have to use Task Manager to end the application.

If you have more than one drive, please give the other drive a try and see if it can work or not.

1.Please make sure DVDFab pathplayer enable. Please click the round green icon button with a check mark at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, and find "DVD/Blu-ray"-->"PathPlayer", select "Always enable PathPlayer".
2. Please use DVDFab new version 8050. Try out!

Thanks mate, those have been suggested, and tried with no luck. I am currently using the latest version and Pathplayer has been enabled for some time now. I do appreciate the feedback though

after giving up on trying to put dvdfab on my laptop I have bought an external dvd drive to use and am also having trouble with 'toy story 3, being one the kids watch we go through many disks (getting scratch up etc, so we make a 'kids' disk but it is not working! and I have the latest update, I think some DVDs just don't work.

Yep, it won't ever work. The tips here have still helped me solve problems I had with other discs though, so I appreciate all feedback. Toy Story 3 will forever elude me it seems ....

I had the same problems with version 8-0-3-2, so tried version 7-0-7-0 and it worked a treat , pathplayer enabled when necessary, main movie only, region 2 . UK

Fastbowler55 I too almost gave up on Toy Story 3 (Region 4) but then I decided to just wait a little longer to see if it would pick up and walla!

I waited nearly 2 mins (possibly a little longer) for it to recognize the disc.
