    ImgBurn Verify?

    good evening all -

when using ImgBurn - should i verify when burning?

just wondering if i should start doing this. i never have and all my copies work great.

what are the advantages of doing so?

    just curious.

thanks for any and all info.

The only verify that I think works correctly is watching the copy. If you do use the verify in ImgBurn you will have to close down DVDFab because ImgBurn cycles the DVD tray and then DVDFab will start to open the back up you just created

I never use the verify as I find it pointless if you use good media and a good burn speed for the media and drive used to burn with

Totally agree with my friend AGJ.
I never use verify either for the same reasons he gave, but I will say...

If you were to ask LUK! (for whom I have great respect), he'd say,
"If I didn't think it was important, I wouldn't have added it"...
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Sounds as you have a rip locked drive.
