DVD Ripper Unable to rip after upgrade

After upgrading to 8.0.3.2 and again after upgrading to 8.0.5.0 I'm unable to perform a conversion. I can do a DVD copy to my HDD, but trying to encode fails. Have tried ripping DVDs that have worked in the past with the same failure.

I'm using a Dell Latitude D630, integrated graphics with updated drivers.

    Log from failure is below:

08:39:21: Conversion: two pass - first pass
08:39:21: DXVA GPU acceleration for video decoding enabled
    08:39:34: Work 1 failed, Error = 504.00 0 error: process exception, filter(type2:id1), info = 503.00 13,
    08:39:36: Process failed!

If additional information is needed, let me know.
    Thanks

    Try using 8.0.5.2 Beta.
If then still not working, disable DXVA acceleration.

I have had several problems moving from 7.x to 8.x.

      1. Default profiles in 7.x failed in 8.x. Delete generic profiles.
      2. Creating default profile in 8.x did not work. I selected a profile did some gui changes and saved it as the default. Did not save it correctly. I had to hand edit it.
      3. Some formats have problems like mp4. 7.x rips and plays fine in VLC and Touch Pro2 phone. 8.x plays in VLC but not Touch Pro2. It is 25% slower to convert.

8.x seems like a big step backwards.
