DVD Ripper Can i Join two dvds together?

Hi, I am new to this stuff and have just started ripping my bluray collection and dvd collection onto my hardrive to play via network on my PS3.

I would like to know if i can rip a two part movie (two dvds) onto my hardrive in Ps3 format so they come out as one file?
I have been using PS3 settings and changing the Bitrate. File size dosen't matter, bigger the better quality i say.
I have two drives and can get both dvds on Queue but can't get them to merge as one?
