BD Ripper (3D Plus) odd issue with the extras of the disc have missing video or out of sync

I'am having odd issues with the extras of the disc have missing video or out of sync, the main film is fine and the disc plays fine with the extras in the bluray player I even tried the 8053 beta dec 1th version still have same issues even with different profile out formats

Please Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, set Video Decoder to Software and set Video Encoder to Software restart Fab and try again.
Also what are you using to view your rips???

is there something wrong with the h/w dec/encode in version 8? and encode was set to software should i change vc1 and h.264 to software or just one? mpeg2 was set to software also I did get the same issues just making a m2st file...thanks let me know

the issue is even happening on version 7, so something up must be up, ill look into it
