DVD Ripper 8.0.5.6 - Incorrect video length tag when using XviD Audiocopy

    Hello again,

I've tried using the generic.avi.xvid.audiocopy profile while there are issues with the mp3 profiles but I've found another issue.

When I convert dvd's the video plays back super fast but the audio plays at the correct speed.

An example of this is a dvd I just converted "Crimson Tide". The correct movie length is 1:51:08 but the file properties says that it is 2844:49:19.

So here is all the regular info that you guys need.

I'm having a similiar issue with Eclipse. I've never submitted a report before, so please let me know if anything else is needed.

        FYI -

I'm seeing the incorrect on any Disks ripped with the 8.0.5.6 version. I've only tried a couple though.

This seems to have been fixed with the latest beta 8.0.5.8

Some aren't working in version 7 either...is there a version that does work?

                    Is the processor the issue?

I just sent support a message. What processor are you guys using? I was having fail after fail on my i7 win7 64-bit ripping an xvid audiocopy. I had success with one dvd out of six. I snagged a computer from work, core2duo win7 64-bit. The i7 is failing still with the latest 8.0.6.4 beta, but the core2duo is having success w/every failed dvd using 8.0.6.1.
