Please upgrade to the latest version of DVDFab 8.0.5.6 at http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm firstly.

Please choose another audio stream (not TrueHD), then convert with profile mkv.remux and mkv.h264.audiocopy to see if you still get the same failed error or not.
