DVD Ripper Viewing DVDs in Windows Media Center

When I rip a DVD, I'm presented with several files to select. Each of these ends up with its own icon in Media Center - and the icons are plain with just text on them - no images to distinguish one movie from another. See attachment for example.

Is there a simpler/better way to rip DVDs, which creates just 1 icon for the movie? (e.g., do I really need to select all of the files? usually just one is selected by default)
Is there a way to distinguish the icons from each other within Media Center - e.g., by including a graphic of the individual movie?

not all movies will create thumbnail for WMC but in common settings of DVDFab the green dot with check mark top right you need select. Then to left of common settings select DVD Copy and put check next to "Create dvdid.xml" Also why not google dvdid.xml to get even more ways to customize this
