BD Ripper (3D Plus) mkv audio copy doesn't have 1920x1080

I'm using Avatar as the source, so it's full 1920x1080. I'm using mkv audio copy profile, as suggested in other threads, so I can burn in the subtitles.

When I click Edit by the profile, it gives a list of "frame resolution" choices, and the largest is 1680x946. Why isn't there a choice for 1920x1080?

I can click Video Effect Settings, and put in a "Customized Size", but it doesn't remember that. Is there something in the profile I can edit to add this choice and make it the default?

    Thank you.
