DVD Ripper Sound Problems Help Needed please...

Hi all
Great piece of software , full marks!

Just one problem, when i rip music dvd's to mp4 sometimes on some dvd's the audio crackles and clicks like mad.

Any solution to this would be appreciated

You are right, some of DVDs are very poorely mastered. What I would suggest to do is to follow two-step process:
(a) create MKV file by remuxing DVD using "remux" profile, and then
(b) Convert MKV into mp4 using DVDFab Converter.
