BD Ripper (3D Plus) Change Framerate?

I'm trying to rip to AppleTV and I'm getting choppy video. I've scaled everything down that I can (using 1280x720 frame resolution, fixed bitrate of 3.5mbps, etc), but I can't seem to change the framerate. I believe the maximum an AppleTV can handle is 24fps...

Any ideas? I am testing this out before I buy it. I only want to watch via my ATV...

choppy video may be an issue with your A/C Codec settings but not sure. To see if it is the problem go to common settings of DVDFab and change the A/V Codec to software for all choices and then try a conversion. You not have to convert entire DVD just a small time length to see if you get the choppy video still

Apple lists at least 30fps on the specs page:

However, it may not be limited to that. It supports 720p which often uses 60fps.

      Good luck.
